- Collaborating with partner organizations to boost sales of ITIL products.
- Establishing and maintaining strong relationships with senior decision-makers to promote ITIL offerings.
- Providing mentorship to a commercial team to achieve key sales objectives.
- Building and managing a robust pipeline of leads and key accounts.
- Implementing a strategic sales approach to maximize B2B penetration for ITIL products.
- Coordinating activities with the company's operational base while considering local market conditions.
- Developing a personal sales strategy focused on optimizing Return on Time Investment for your territory.
- Tracking performance against targets and reporting progress to headquarters.
- Resolving customer issues in collaboration with support teams.
- Representing PeopleCert at trade shows, education events, and strategic forums.
- Working with global product and marketing teams to tailor offerings for local markets.
