As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will develop and implement strategies aimed at boosting revenue, engaging with key partners, and expanding our global offerings. We're seeking a candidate with a proven track record in driving strategic initiatives and leading cross-functional teams to achieve our objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead the entire sales lifecycle from identifying new opportunities with travel agencies to closing deals and building lasting relationships.
Foster strong relationships with key agency partners and travel advisors to drive high-value engagements and expand account portfolios.
Support onboarding and training for new travel advisors to ensure they are well-equipped to succeed with Project Expedition's offerings.
Act as the primary contact for key accounts, addressing escalations, resolving issues, and ensuring high client satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams (Support, Product, etc.) to ensure a seamless client experience and advocate for product improvements based on customer feedback.
Represent Project Expedition at industry events, client meetings, and conferences, with travel required for about one week each month.
