As the Senior Business Development Manager/Director for In Vitro within our Life Sciences division in North America, you will be instrumental in propelling revenue growth through strategic sales initiatives tailored to the Cosmetics market.
Your role will involve crafting and implementing sales strategies that align with our division's objectives, fostering a high-performance culture, and nurturing robust relationships with key clients and partners.
You will report directly to the Life Sciences Sales Director.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies aimed at achieving revenue targets and divisional goals in the Cosmetics sector across North America.
- Conduct market analyses to comprehend trends, competitor activities, and customer needs for identifying growth opportunities.
- Establish clear sales practices and objectives by sector and customer, leading sales KPIs (including client visits, closing ratios, accepted quotes, and average basket size).
- Onboard 20 new clients annually in our core business segments (Active ingredients and finished products).
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product and service offerings by leveraging market feedback.
- Strengthen and maintain enduring relationships with clients and partners to ensure maximum satisfaction and retention.
- Work closely with the divisional management team to harmonize sales strategies and best practices with overall business objectives.
- Leverage Zoho CRM to optimize sales operations.
- Explore and integrate AI tools to enhance performance and efficiency.
- Maintain personal relationships with key decision-makers among our top 5 clients.
