Your Role
As a Senior Business Development Representative (BDR) at UiPath, you will be instrumental in our growth strategy by identifying and qualifying potential customers who engage with our marketing initiatives across the EMEA region. You will be the initial point of contact for these prospects, building relationships and laying the groundwork for successful sales interactions.
Please note: This is a one-year fixed-term contract, with the possibility of transitioning to a full-time role based on performance and business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Engage with Prospects: Reach out to potential customers who have expressed interest in UiPath through our marketing campaigns, webinars, events, and other outreach efforts.
Qualify Leads: Evaluate and qualify leads to assess their potential and readiness for sales discussions. Collect pertinent information to understand their needs and challenges regarding UiPath solutions.
Initiate Conversations: Utilize phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to start and sustain engaging dialogues with prospects through both inbound and outbound activities.
Collaborate with Sales Teams: Partner closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of qualified leads, providing detailed insights gathered during the qualification process.
Maintain CRM: Diligently update and manage records of all interactions and activities with prospects within the CRM system.
Achieve Targets: Strive to meet or surpass monthly and quarterly goals for lead generation and qualification.
Feedback Loop: Share insights with the marketing team regarding the quality and success of campaigns to enhance future marketing efforts.
Continuous Learning: Stay informed about UiPath’s products, industry trends, and best practices in sales and marketing.
