About the Role
We are on the lookout for an accomplished Senior Business Intelligence Analyst who possesses the capability to independently extract insights that drive business performance and inform product strategies. This pivotal role demands a robust analytical background, a strategic business perspective, and a keen understanding of customer behavior throughout the product lifecycle.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with Product, Business, Growth, and Leadership teams to transform data into actionable intelligence, moving beyond mere dashboards to uncover the underlying reasons for trends and recommend subsequent actions.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the development of business and product insights related to acquisition, engagement, retention, and monetization.
* Collaborate with Product and Business teams to define, monitor, and adapt key performance metrics and north-star KPIs.
* Conduct in-depth analyses of customer behavior, sales funnels, cohorts, and feature usage to pinpoint opportunities for growth and efficiency.
* Create and maintain comprehensive dashboards, management information systems (MIS), and self-service reports that serve as reliable sources of truth.
* Facilitate experimentation and A/B testing by establishing success metrics and evaluating results.
* Identify and communicate risks, anomalies, and opportunities through data-driven narratives.
* Partner with Data Engineering and Product teams to enhance data quality, tracking, and analytical readiness.
* Simplify complex analyses into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
Required Skills & Experience
* 6–10 years of experience in Business Intelligence or Analytics, preferably within product-driven or consumer internet/fintech sectors.
* Proficient in SQL (mandatory) with the ability to handle large, complex datasets.
* Experience using BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or similar technologies.
* Strong grasp of product metrics, funnels, cohorts, and lifecycle analytics.
* Proven expertise in independently structuring ambiguous problems and delivering comprehensive insights.
* Excellent communication skills and comfort in engaging with senior stakeholders.
Good to Have
* Familiarity with event-based data tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, GA).
* Working knowledge of Python or R for advanced analytics.
* Experience with A/B testing and experimentation methodologies.
* Domain knowledge in Wealth and Trading, FinTech, Payments, Investments, or Consumer Platforms.
