In the role of Senior Business Operations Manager, you will be the driving force behind our operational excellence. You will take charge of data management, oversee internal processes, and lead impactful change initiatives from inception to execution. This position is pivotal as you bridge strategy with action, ensuring improvements are not just identified but effectively implemented while cultivating a talented team.
Key Responsibilities:
1) Operational Leadership:
- Execute critical operational projects with a focus on completion, enabling others to concentrate on client-facing tasks.
- Lead a dynamic team engaged in various initiatives, while also being hands-on in multiple projects.
- Utilize your robust project management skills to structure tasks, manage dependencies, keep stakeholders updated, and deliver results punctually.
2) Change Management:
- Be a catalyst for growth by identifying organizational challenges and collaborating with leadership to address them.
- Maintain business continuity during transitions, ensuring smooth integration of changes in structure, processes, and tools.
- Communicate effectively with relevant teams to ensure alignment and synergy.
- Proactively monitor daily operations to identify and resolve issues promptly.
3) Data & Reporting:
- Champion key performance indicators, utilizing both analytical and strategic thinking.
- Oversee Huble's reporting capabilities with a goal to enhance automation and insights.
- Create and manage Board and Monthly Business Review reports, adapting swiftly to the evolving needs of the business.
- Ensure robust infrastructure is in place to facilitate timely KPI reporting.
- Analyze performance data to uncover opportunities for improvement.
