Your Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end transformation initiatives - managing everything from discovery and business case development to implementation, change management, and benefits realization across people, processes, systems, products, and cost-focused programs.
- Apply strong commercial judgment and financial acumen to shape, assess, and refine business cases, ensuring every initiative delivers tangible value and aligns with enterprise priorities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Finance, Technology, Operations, and GTM teams to ensure alignment of initiatives with strategic objectives and to eliminate delivery barriers.
- Drive business performance by redesigning processes, embedding best practices, and enabling scalable, data-driven decision-making.
- Develop, coach, and hire top-tier talent - building transformation capabilities across the organization and fostering a culture of high standards, accountability, and continuous improvement.
