Campaign Management & Execution
Oversee the comprehensive execution of marketing campaigns, transforming strategic briefs into actionable tactical plans across various paid media platforms (e.g., Meta, Google) and owned channels (e.g., Push Notifications, WhatsApp, Email).
Administer the campaign budget and timeline, ensuring precise tracking of expenditures and optimal pacing of campaigns to enhance impression and conversion outcomes.
Act as the primary liaison for external merchant partners during the launch of co-marketing campaigns, facilitating the exchange of assets, approvals, and tracking of performance metrics.
Optimization & Analysis
Continuously monitor live campaign performance through dashboards to identify immediate optimization opportunities and alleviate risks associated with underperformance.
Prepare and present weekly performance reports along with in-depth analyses to the Manager, highlighting critical insights, operational challenges, and actionable recommendations for strategic enhancements.
Asset & Compliance Oversight
Oversee the internal creative process, ensuring timely delivery of all necessary assets, compliance with stakeholder approvals, and proper formatting for specific marketing channels.
Confirm that all campaign messaging and offers adhere to financial services regulations and internal risk policies prior to launch.
