About the Role
We are in search of a dynamic Senior Channel Partner Manager for the DACH region to join our expanding partnerships team. This entrepreneurial role requires you to take the reins of our partner channel strategy and execution in the region. You will scale our existing network of partners strategically while also forging new partnerships. Your mission will be to drive revenue through these partners and foster enduring, high-value relationships. This position allows you the autonomy to define your approach and make a tangible impact, reporting directly to the Regional Manager and shaping the DACH channel strategy from the ground up.

You will work closely with senior leadership and various teams across Sales, Partner Marketing, and Product. You will have the flexibility to define your strategy, supported by colleagues eager to share insights and best practices across markets.
Your Responsibilities
As the Senior Channel Partner Manager for DACH, you will:
- Develop and oversee the comprehensive partner channel strategy for the DACH region, encompassing planning, execution, and performance evaluation.
- Foster and manage relationships with current partners, identifying avenues for revenue growth and enhancing collaboration.
- Identify and engage with potential new partners, expanding our network strategically.
