As the Senior Client Success Manager at Everservice, you will play a pivotal role in fostering successful partnerships with our attorney and law firm clients. Acting as the main liaison, you will ensure effective communication regarding their digital marketing campaigns, utilizing tools such as Google Analytics and our specialized performance dashboard to monitor results. Your ability to manage multiple client accounts concurrently will be key, and your attention to detail alongside exceptional time management skills will contribute to your success. Supported by a dedicated team, your primary objective will be to enhance client retention and satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring transparent communication between clients and our agency.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, understanding and fulfilling their needs and expectations.
- Collaborate effectively with internal digital marketing and sales teams to address client inquiries, create solutions, and formulate effective marketing strategies.
- Analyze and review client performance data consistently, leveraging tools like Google Analytics to assess key performance metrics.
- Prepare and deliver monthly analytical reports that provide actionable insights to clients, clarifying their campaign results and identifying improvement areas.
- Work alongside marketing and sales teams to pinpoint opportunities that enhance client performance.
- Offer data-driven marketing recommendations and customized solutions aligned with client objectives.
- Guide clients in selecting the most effective marketing products and strategies to achieve their business goals, ensuring they have the right tools for success.
