Culture Amp is seeking an outstanding Commercial Account Executive to help us achieve our goal of making companies #culturefirst through accessible people analytics. Our Commercial team collaborates closely with the Customer Success team to assist organizations with up to 1,000 employees in optimizing their employee experience. We strive to create a world-class sales experience through thoughtful discovery processes, tailored demos, building diverse customer relationships, excellent project management, and effective solution and value creation.

Alongside your team…
You will
- Generate new business opportunities through a mix of outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups on marketing campaigns and inbound inquiries, including leads from People Geekups and other company events.
- Manage a dynamic sales pipeline from prospecting to closure while communicating any challenges or successes to the team.
- Understand prospective customers' pain points and articulate Culture Amp’s value by highlighting our unique selling points, effectively demonstrating the product via video conferencing, and guiding them through the sales process.
- Collaborate to create tailored solutions and business cases.
