Senior Commercial Manager in the Beverage Sector (Switzerland) in Premium Sales
Our client is a thriving trading company specializing in high-quality wines, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages. With a clear commitment to quality, a robust brand portfolio, and a personalized approach to customers, the company has established itself in the Swiss gastronomy and hotel industry. To further expand its sales regions, we are seeking an experienced, communicative, and entrepreneurial individual.
Your Role
In this newly created key position, you will take responsibility for a significant sales area with a direct reporting line to the management. You will develop existing customer relationships, unlock new market potentials, and lead a team member in your region.
Your influence will be felt in both day-to-day operations and the strategic development of sales. You will engage closely with customers, identify trends early, and contribute your knowledge effectively.
Your Responsibilities
Support, advise, and expand existing key accounts (primarily gastronomy and specialty trade)
Strategic expansion of the customer portfolio in the region
Conduct customer visits and actively network at industry events
Develop and implement regional sales strategies
Lead and coach a direct team member
Analyze market data and performance metrics while closely collaborating with management
Your Qualifications
Several years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the consumer goods or beverage sector
Strong communication skills, negotiating confidence, and closing ability
Well-connected in the Swiss market with a strong sense for the gastronomy sector
Willingness to travel within the region (Class B driver's license required)
Proactive, entrepreneurial mindset, and enthusiasm for direct responsibility
Initial leadership experience or potential for leadership
