In your role as the Senior Compensation Analyst, you will act as a trusted advisor and subject matter expert on compensation strategies and practices. You will play a pivotal role in executing comprehensive compensation analyses and delivering insightful, data-driven recommendations to inform pay decisions. Collaborating closely with HR Business Partners and leadership, you will ensure our compensation frameworks are competitive, equitable, and compliant. Your expertise will be crucial in refining key compensation processes, and you will contribute to the ongoing enhancement of our compensation programs, tools, and practices.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and implement base pay, incentive compensation, and job architecture programs that align with our strategic goals.
- Ensure uniform role placement, leveling, and compensation decisions organization-wide, including during mergers and acquisitions.
- Advise HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders on compensation-related matters, including offers, promotions, and job transitions.
- Provide analytical insights, financial modeling, and actionable recommendations to guide compensation decisions.
