WHAT YOU'LL DO:
Your compensation expertise will be pivotal to Anduril’s success, as you collaborate with our leadership team to facilitate scaling. Leverage your experience in high-growth companies, quantitative analysis, business acumen, and communication prowess to act as a strategic consultant to our People Business Partners.
- Oversee compensation initiatives and projects, aligning with Anduril's strategic growth.
- Assist People Business Partners and leadership during annual and mid-year compensation planning cycles.
- Develop, implement, and manage extensive compensation programs, including salary frameworks, incentive structures, and equity compensation, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and market dynamics.
- Lead job evaluation methodologies, perform market pricing assessments, and validate internal equity and external competitiveness across all job categories and levels.
- Collaborate closely with leadership and HR teams to address intricate compensation challenges, guide strategic decision-making, and execute compensation initiatives organization-wide.
- Work with People Business Partners to navigate compensation matters, facilitate calibration sessions, analyze compensation data, and create training materials for managers and employees.
- Direct change management and communication regarding compensation practices with managers, team members, and throughout the People Team.
- Champion Anduril’s compensation philosophy and strategy in alignment with the company’s growth.
