Join Pacific Pros as a Senior Construction Scheduler and take a lead role in managing the scheduling of significant construction projects for the Los Angeles World Airport (LAWA). You will be responsible for crafting and maintaining intricate planning schedules for both new constructions and renovation initiatives within the Terminal Development & Improvement Program. Your expertise will guide the development of various scenarios that will dictate construction sequencing and contracting strategies. This role encompasses diverse projects, including Airline Terminal Improvement initiatives, Airport Service Enhancements, Terminal Developments, and Asset Renewals.

Position Overview
As a vital member of the owner’s program and project controls team, you will oversee scheduling for multiple interdependent large-scale projects (valued at over $100 million). You will collaborate closely with project managers, construction managers, and other control discipline leads to monitor, report, and resolve issues related to your assigned projects. Your role will also involve reviewing schedules submitted by designers and contractors, conducting necessary analyses, and providing objective assessments of schedule delays using methods such as Time Impact Analysis.
Engage in discussions with contractors to clarify the basis of delay claims, assisting the owner in understanding potential liabilities and negotiating settlements effectively.
Key Qualifications
- Experience representing an owner with scheduling multiple interdependent projects.
- Forensic scheduling expertise to support claims analysis on large, complex projects (minimum value of $200 million and duration of 3 years).
- Comprehensive understanding of design and construction methodologies along with project life-cycles.
