About the Role:
As a Senior Consultant within the Capital Markets team, you will play a pivotal role in advising and executing change projects, forming strategic long-term partnerships with top financial institutions. This position will involve collaborating with leading market players to ensure compliance with diverse regulatory requirements, primarily focusing on large-scale change and transformation initiatives.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Specializing in implementing global Swap Dealer compliance regulations.
- Advising and executing change projects as part of strategic partnerships with major financial institutions.
- Ensuring client satisfaction by delivering timely, value-added services that surpass expectations.
- Providing Project Management and Business Analysis support, gathering and documenting stakeholder requirements around regulatory changes.
- Managing technology teams and serving as an effective liaison between quantitative traders and technology management.
- Conducting thorough analyses to derive insights and formulate actionable recommendations.
- Presenting findings and recommendations to client leadership.
- Tracking project-level risks and dependencies, engaging with key stakeholders effectively.
