- You will take on PMO responsibilities for complex cross-functional (international) projects and programs related to finance topics.
- Your role includes implementing and preparing project status reports for management.
- Working alongside operational project management, you will monitor progress, identify potential risks, and ensure appropriate measures and decisions are taken to secure project success.
- As part of our team, you will enjoy significant autonomy and the opportunity to further develop your expertise in project management along the CFO agenda.
- You will collaborate intensively with experts from the Forvis Mazars network in an international setting.
- In adjacent areas, you will have numerous training opportunities and gain insights into additional consulting fields.
What You Bring
- A successfully completed degree in a technical or business field, or a comparable qualification.
- Initial relevant professional experience as a PMO or in managing complex projects, ideally within accounting and controlling.
- Basic knowledge of HGB and IFRS.
- Familiarity with standard project management methods (planning, control, monitoring, and reporting).
- Strong analytical skills along with quick comprehension and organizational talent.
- Knowledge of common process management solutions and tools (e.g., BPM solutions, Process Mining, Workflow solutions, Low Code solutions like SAP Signavio, SAP Build, Bizagi, or Microsoft Power Platform) and data analysis.
- High self-motivation and ability to implement decisions effectively.
