West Monroe is actively seeking a highly skilled Senior Consultant with a deep passion for technology-driven Mergers and Acquisitions to become a vital part of our national M&A practice. Our dynamic team serves a diverse portfolio of intriguing Private Equity and Corporate Strategic clients across the United States.
In your role as a Senior Consultant, you will engage with Private Equity and Strategic clients throughout the entire transaction life cycle. This includes platform acquisitions, mergers, integrations, and corporate divestitures or carve-out transactions. Your responsibilities will encompass sell-side readiness, pre-close technology and operations due diligence, Day 1 readiness planning, post-close execution management, and the formulation of product and technology strategies.
Beyond client delivery, you will have the opportunity to drive business development efforts by pursuing new clients and nurturing existing relationships, along with contributing to the leadership and development of our internal practice.
Senior Consultants at West Monroe are expected to excel in three key areas:
Client Delivery
- Support teams serving Private Equity and Corporate Strategic buyers while showcasing advisory capabilities with senior-level client counterparts such as Private Equity Deal Teams and Operating Partners.
