Join our talented team at FanDuel as a Senior Analyst in Consumer Insights, where your expertise will drive impactful research initiatives across various business areas, including Daily Fantasy Sports, Sportsbook, Horse Racing, and Casino.
As a Senior Consumer Insights Analyst, you will work closely with marketing and commercial teams to identify and implement projects that yield actionable insights, enabling our company to stay ahead in the competitive landscape.
Beyond the outlined responsibilities, you may be required to take on additional tasks assigned by the Company, ensuring we remain agile in meeting our dynamic business needs.
THE GAME PLAN
Your contributions will be pivotal to our success:
- Oversee qualitative and quantitative custom research projects end-to-end, including brand and customer tracking programs, from conception through to reporting and analysis.
- Support team members on various research projects, providing data analysis and developing compelling presentations.
- Enhance brand and customer tracking initiatives to better understand our market.
- Scope and plan ad hoc research projects, design optimal methodologies, and deliver accurate, insightful reporting.
- Synthesize data from multiple sources to inform business requests, translating findings into engaging presentations.
- Build strong relationships with cross-functional teams and stakeholders, effectively communicating insights to guide decision-making.
- Participate in innovative research methodology development efforts.
- Work collaboratively with research vendors to optimize research outcomes.
- Regularly share insights to help internal teams gain a deeper understanding of the category and brand landscape.
