Qualifications
A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, Data Analytics, Statistics, or a related field, combined with a minimum of six years of experience in marketing analytics or consumer insights; or a high school diploma with at least ten years of relevant experience.Proficiency in consumer research methodologies, syndicated data analysis, or tracking studies.Experience collaborating with research vendors or survey platforms to enhance research initiatives.Analytical expertise in brand health, awareness, and shopper journey studies.Familiarity with research platforms or vendors, including Qualtrics, Ipsos, or similar survey providers.Proven ability to convert data from multiple sources into clear insights and actionable recommendations.Background in CPG, consumer durables, retail, or related consumer-focused sectors.Experience in developing dashboards or data visualizations to convey insights effectively.

As the Senior Consumer Insights Analyst, you will be instrumental in enhancing our understanding of consumer behavior, customer preferences, and market dynamics. This position involves synthesizing insights from primary research, syndicated data, tracking studies, and internal datasets to inform strategic decisions across Fortune Brands Innovations (FBIN) business units.
You will oversee pivotal research initiatives, including brand health assessments, awareness tracking, and the shopper journey, collaborating closely with external research partners to ensure the effective execution of studies and the dissemination of insights in a clear and impactful manner.

POSITION LOCATION: This role offers a hybrid work schedule based in Deerfield, IL. Starting in fall 2025, Fortune Brands will transition to a state-of-the-art campus in Deerfield, integrating associates from various U.S. offices, brands, and functions.
