As a Senior Cook at Sixty-Eight, you will join a team of culinary professionals dedicated to excellence in fine dining and event-oriented kitchens. - Prepare exquisite dishes for some of Toronto's most prestigious events, private parties, and corporate gatherings.
- Demonstrate a strong willingness to learn and accept constructive feedback from culinary leadership.
- Approach each service with a positive attitude, ensuring your station is impeccably organized and meets Oliver & Bonacini standards.
- Follow recipes and adhere to portion control and plating specifications with precision.
- Maintain an accurate and clear prep list for the duties at your station.
- Implement the FIFO (First In, First Out) method to guarantee product freshness and minimize waste.
- Collaborate with your team to efficiently receive and store deliveries.
- Share our passion for cleanliness by ensuring all food prep areas, tools, and equipment are maintained to the highest sanitation and safety standards.
- Comply with WHMIS guidelines.
- Exhibit flexibility and readiness to embrace additional responsibilities as needed.
