About the Role:
As the Senior Customer Marketing Manager, you will spearhead the creation and advancement of customer advocacy initiatives for Samsara in Mexico. This role involves enhancing and expanding existing programs—such as customer references, storytelling, and awards—that cultivate meaningful relationships through both virtual and in-person engagements. By elevating the customer voice across go-to-market channels, you will ensure these initiatives forge authentic connections and deliver measurable business results. You will design and oversee the processes and framework that enable our customer advocates to excel, directly influencing Samsara’s growth, retention, and market leadership. Your success in this position will depend on your ability to increase customer participation, drive internal adoption, and utilize data-driven insights and automation to enhance program effectiveness.
This position is critical in amplifying our customers’ voices, fostering advocacy, and equipping our go-to-market teams with compelling customer narratives. As part of the regional Mexico Marketing team, you will collaborate closely with Marketing, Communications, Sales, Customer Success, and Product teams, ensuring alignment and impact throughout the organization. With regular exposure to executives, this role presents a unique opportunity to develop the next phase of advocacy programs, driving loyalty, retention, and growth across a diverse customer base.
