Your Role
As a Senior Customer Success Manager, you will play a pivotal role in our Customer Success team, ensuring that clients maximize the value of our GPX software product throughout their journey. You will cultivate strong strategic relationships with executive decision-makers, driving full adoption and utilization, client retention, and account growth. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will assess client business needs and collaborate with our consulting and support teams to tailor unique solutions that align with their goals. You will engage with some of our largest and most complex clients, providing you with invaluable insights into industry trends and product requirements that inform our product roadmap. Additionally, you will partner with the Sales team to explore opportunities for deepening client relationships through additional products and Fund Administration services.
This role presents an exciting opportunity to foster long-lasting relationships with leading private capital market clients globally while advocating for their needs across all cross-functional partners at Juniper Square.
