As a Senior Customer Success Manager at DoiT, you will be a trusted advisor and orchestrator of the customer journey, ensuring the success of our clients at every stage of their experience. By leveraging DoiT Cloud Intelligence™ and our team of experts, you will transform complexity into clarity, turning challenges into opportunities that yield measurable business value for both our clients and DoiT. We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to manage a portfolio of key accounts, focusing on the post-sale customer experience from onboarding to adoption and ongoing success, with a strong emphasis on retention and risk mitigation. The ideal candidate is a motivated, data-driven professional adept at relationship building, utilizing modern customer success tools, and managing workflows to achieve optimal outcomes.
