The Role
As Kit continues its growth journey, we are redefining how we support and expand our creator community. We are on the lookout for a dedicated Customer Success Manager (Scaled Accounts), also known as a Creator Growth Manager (Scaled Accounts), to spearhead Pro plan expansion for our top 1,000 accounts.
This pivotal role centers on a key question:
What motivates creators to upgrade, and how can we consistently create value-driven upgrade opportunities at scale?
You will be tasked with discovering, testing, and optimizing expansion strategies for our pooled creators, subsequently scaling successful tactics throughout our broader customer base in collaboration with Customer Experience, Marketing, and Product teams. This is a unique growth-focused role that emphasizes experimentation and revenue impact, rather than traditional account management.
While driving expansion is the primary objective, success hinges on delivering an exceptional, scalable customer experience that enhances retention, facilitates plan upgrades, and fosters long-term revenue growth. You will be responsible for proactive outreach to pooled creators, ensuring they feel supported, understand how to derive maximum value from Kit, and are well-positioned to upgrade to Pro through effective email strategies and product utilization.
This full-time individual contributor role is ideal for a professional who thrives in dynamic environments, excels at translating insights into repeatable processes, and is motivated by influencing outcomes beyond their own portfolio.
Success in this position will be measured by your ability to generate substantial revenue growth at scale, including:
