About the Role
The Senior Customer Success Manager will oversee the implementation, ongoing satisfaction, retention, expansion, and realization of outcomes for a designated portfolio of Sprinter Health’s clients. You will collaborate with a cross-functional team to ensure best practices, policies, and customer-centric initiatives are upheld. As an internal advocate, you will coordinate the essential processes and motions needed for sustained customer success and growth.
What You'll Do
- Lead customer interactions by establishing credibility and trust as a business and thought partner.
- Work cross-functionally to guide customers through the Sprinter Health journey, ensuring high satisfaction, adoption, and partnership success.
- Collaborate with customers to establish and monitor measurable success plans with defined outcomes; ensure seamless communication across all internal and customer stakeholders.
- Utilize customer data and patient feedback to showcase the value of Sprinter Health and provide recommendations for optimizing partnerships.
- Act as the Voice of the Customer within Sprinter Health, relaying feedback to the product team to shape the product roadmap.
- Drive annual revenue goals and coordinate renewals of customer contracts.
- Proactively identify customer risks and work with cross-functional teams to propose solutions and action plans to improve customer health.
- Identify opportunities for expanding Sprinter Health services within customer organizations.
