Your Mission
We are on the lookout for a passionate and experienced Senior Customer Success Manager who will be responsible for guiding our customers through their post-sales journeys and AI-powered transformation initiatives. What You'll Do at UiPath
Develop and oversee comprehensive post-sales strategies to enhance customer adoption, ensuring alignment with their objectives.
Lead and manage end-to-end delivery of adoption initiatives, coordinating with various teams to guarantee successful implementation of automation solutions.
Provide insights on value definition and delivery to align with customer goals.
Establish and uphold operational excellence through meticulous planning and milestone adherence.
Act as the main contact for clients, fostering robust relationships and understanding their needs to tailor success strategies accordingly.
Build and maintain strategic relationships with key clients, serving as a trusted advisor on automation strategies.
Collaborate closely with clients to align automation solutions with their strategic goals for maximum business impact.
