We are seeking an experienced Senior Cyber Security Engineer to become an integral part of our exclusively engineering-focused security team. Our collaborative, cross-functional engineers share responsibilities across Security Operations Center (SOC), Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC), and Architecture. We are committed to minimizing manual processes through automation, advanced tooling, and scalable engineering solutions.
In this pivotal role, reporting directly to the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO), you will play a crucial role in safeguarding our trading platforms, protecting client data, and ensuring the security of our global operations. We are looking for a proactive builder who is passionate about designing and implementing security controls that foster innovation and growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect, develop, and enhance security capabilities across cloud, corporate, and identity environments.
- Implement security tools, automations, and engineering enhancements that streamline processes and enhance scalability.
- Engage in security operations, including incident response, investigations, detection engineering, alert tuning, and operational improvements.
- Fortify cloud and corporate security controls across endpoints, SaaS, networks, and business systems.
- Enhance identity and access management controls across users, systems, and privileged access.
- Assist in shared security responsibilities across GRC, security operations, and general security support for the business.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across engineering and the broader organization to achieve practical and effective security outcomes.
