The Data team at The Knot Worldwide is on the lookout for a driven and dynamic Senior Data Engineer to join our mission of enhancing our data infrastructure and insights. This pivotal role will focus on creating and maintaining end-to-end data pipelines that empower our business operations.
This year, a key objective for our organization is to build a solid data foundation that supports reliable analytics, advanced ML/AI systems, and sustainable business expansion. As a Senior Data Engineer, you will work closely with stakeholders and collaborate with other Data teams to develop data models and analytics solutions that facilitate in-depth analysis and self-service capabilities for our Business Domains including Product, Marketing, and Revenue.
In this hybrid role, you will mainly employ data engineering skills while also having the flexibility to engage with business intelligence and reporting models. Your responsibilities will include designing and leading the development of end-to-end data pipelines utilizing tools such as dbt, Airbyte, and Airflow. Proficiency in SQL, Python, data transformation, and data modeling is essential, along with strong collaboration skills and business understanding to drive data-informed decision-making across our organization.
