Role Overview:
Join our dynamic Machine Learning Data Enablement Squad within the Data Insights Tribe at Fifth Third Bank. We are on the lookout for a Data Engineer who is eager to contribute to the development of high-quality, scalable data pipelines that drive machine learning models across the enterprise, utilizing AWS SageMaker.
This role requires you to be on-site at least four days a week (Monday to Thursday).
As a key member of our team, you will collaborate closely with data scientists and ML engineers to provide curated, production-ready datasets. You will play a significant role in shaping the data infrastructure that supports machine learning workflows across the bank. Ideal candidates will have a foundational background in machine learning-related projects, a collaborative spirit, and a keen interest in modern data tools.
Hands-on experience with Snowflake, DBT, or cloud-based data platforms is highly advantageous. While familiarity with ML tools such as SageMaker and Databricks is beneficial, we are committed to helping you learn and grow in these areas.
