We are looking for talented individuals to join our Enterprise Data Architecture team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for creating high-quality domain (canonical) data models and consumption-layer dimensional models while promoting data architecture and governance standards across our enterprise data platform. You will work closely with business and technical stakeholders to define, document, and manage data flow throughout the organization, supporting analytics, reporting, operational needs, and advanced data science initiatives.
This position is perfect for professionals who thrive in hands-on solution design, advocate for best practices, and are eager to shape the long-term data architecture for a dynamic life insurance and annuities organization. You will play a crucial role in developing models for various layers of our enterprise data platform, establishing end-to-end data lineage, participating in data engineering design reviews, collaborating with all stakeholders, and taking full ownership of building a high-performing data platform for the organization.
This position currently follows an onsite work schedule, requiring you to be in the office four days a week during our core onsite days, which are Monday through Thursday. Please note that the work schedule type and core days may change with prior notice and at the manager's discretion.
