Your Responsibilities
- Evaluate deal structures with a focus on non-standard deals, ensuring alignment between opportunity, quote, and invoicing systems, particularly during peak periods such as month-end and quarter-end.
- Verify that all deals meet established criteria before documentation is forwarded to the sales team, utilizing SFDC and CPQ systems.
- Investigate customer or order issues and provide solutions by collaborating with various departments.
- Develop and implement internal processes that enhance deal review efficiency, ensuring all service level agreements (SLAs) are met or surpassed.
- Support sales team members in navigating and utilizing new tools effectively, fostering improved sales behaviors and capabilities.
- Commitment to after-hours work may be necessary during key periods such as month, quarter, and year-end.
- Engage in cross-training within the Revenue Operations team, gaining insights into channel/partner operations, compensation, business analytics, and more.
- Assist in sales analysis, reporting, and special projects aimed at driving change, while identifying continuous improvement opportunities to simplify and automate support for the sales organization.
- Take the lead in initiatives aimed at enhancing internal processes to expedite deal reviews, ensuring compliance with all SLAs.
- Thoroughly document internal processes and procedures to mitigate audit risks.
