Key Objectives
The Senior Delivery Manager – WBS / EP / Omnichannel plays a pivotal role in overseeing and executing technology deliveries across various domains within the bank. The position involves managing cross-functional programs that focus on Personal, Islamic, Private, and Business Banking, alongside technology platforms such as digital channels, engagement systems, omnichannel solutions, embedded finance, and AI innovations. This role guarantees the timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery of initiatives that align with business objectives, regulatory requirements, and customer satisfaction.
Core Responsibilities
• Lead a comprehensive delivery portfolio, prioritizing tasks, allocating resources, and managing interdependencies effectively.
• Take ownership of the delivery budget across various domains, ensuring cost efficiency, financial monitoring, and alignment with investment strategies.
• Drive the execution of cross-domain programs by establishing and managing delivery governance frameworks, steering committees, and performance dashboards.
• Collaborate with product, architecture, infrastructure, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution and integration.
• Manage relationships with vendors and third-party delivery partners to ensure accountability and performance standards are met.
General Functional Responsibilities
• Provide visionary leadership to cross-functional technology teams, promoting a culture of innovation and agility.
• Develop and maintain delivery roadmaps, capacity plans, and resource forecasts.
• Ensure comprehensive IT governance, risk management, and compliance with both internal and external regulations.
• Encourage collaboration with enterprise architecture, security, infrastructure, and other IT domains.
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs), including audit and risk items.
