OUR WORK MODEL:
Hybrid: This role requires you to be present in our London office three days a week, with the flexibility to work remotely on the remaining days.
THE ROLE:
We are on the lookout for a Senior Demand Generation Manager to spearhead pipeline growth within Cognism's Mid-Market and Enterprise segments. At Cognism, marketing is a pivotal element of revenue generation. Our demand generation team is responsible for pipeline targets and collaborates closely with Sales and RevOps to ensure predictable growth.
Our strategy emphasizes engaging the right accounts and buying groups rather than merely focusing on lead volume. We execute integrated campaigns across diverse channels to enhance brand awareness, stimulate demand, and convert engagement into qualified opportunities.
In this position, you will be responsible for the strategy and execution of demand generation initiatives that focus on priority accounts, generate pipeline, and facilitate Cognism's upward market trajectory. You will collaborate intimately with Sales, RevOps, and cross-functional marketing teams to create targeted campaigns that boost account engagement and accelerate revenue opportunities.
