Position Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Design Recruiter to spearhead the full-cycle recruitment process for our Product Design and Creative teams. In this pivotal role, you will:
Drive talent acquisition for our Design teams by collaborating closely with hiring managers and business leaders, taking a consultative approach to influence hiring strategies and align recruitment with overarching business objectives.
Identify and attract top-tier design talent through innovative sourcing techniques, partnering with hiring managers to explore creative channels beyond traditional platforms.
Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing and screening candidates to guiding them through interviews and successfully closing the offer.
Oversee multiple recruitment processes simultaneously, managing the pipelines for 5-10 (or more) open roles with varying degrees of complexity and seniority.
Contribute to the development of compelling job descriptions, hiring plans, and assessment rubrics, ensuring alignment with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process.
Incorporate candidate feedback to continuously enhance the recruitment experience, ensuring a smooth and engaging journey for all applicants.
