We are seeking a strategic and commercially savvy Senior Director of Brand Marketing to spearhead EMEA brand initiatives for KAYAK and momondo across vital markets such as the UK, France, Spain, Sweden, and Denmark. This position will define the cultural presence of our brands in the region—driving culturally resonant, insight-driven campaigns that yield measurable business results. Reporting to the SVP of Brand Marketing, you will manage the EMEA brand budget and investment strategy, collaborating closely with the EMEA General Manager and cross-functional teams (Creative, Media, PR, and Product Marketing) to prioritize resources, enhance performance, and unlock growth across the region.
This position requires you to work from our London office at least 3 days a week.
Key Responsibilities:
Formulate and direct a comprehensive, audience-centric brand strategy across EMEA that harmonizes short-term performance with long-term brand development.
Cultivate a culturally relevant representation of KAYAK and momondo throughout the UK, France, Spain, Sweden, Denmark, and additional markets, ensuring a modern, distinctive voice.
Adapt global brand positioning and messaging to resonate in local contexts and languages.
Lead integrated, cross-channel campaigns encompassing TV, online video, out-of-home (OOH), audio, social media, and owned channels.
Collaborate with the Senior Director of Creative to implement a dual-track strategy that balances storytelling with conversion efforts.
Co-create messaging frameworks, tone, and calls to action (CTAs) to ensure consistency and clarity across all marketing assets.
Shift planning from broad demographic targeting to intent- and audience-driven strategies, employing channel-specific creative solutions.
Establish EMEA media priorities, manage budget allocation, and partner with internal and external stakeholders to optimize resource deployment.
