Your Role
As the Senior Director of Cloud Operations, you will spearhead our cloud infrastructure and platform engineering teams as we expand our SaaS platform globally. Reporting directly to the VP of Engineering, you will manage a growing team of platform and data engineers through two engineering managers, focusing on the architecture, security, and scalability of our cloud infrastructure that underpins our autonomous penetration testing platform.
This position necessitates a unique blend of profound technical knowledge, strategic foresight, and hands-on leadership. You will be comfortable reviewing Terraform configurations, presenting operational metrics to the board, and mentoring engineering managers on best practices.
Core Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Architecture:
Lead architectural design and oversee the implementation of our SaaS product across multiple regions. Develop and execute multi-year technology roadmaps for cloud operations, aligning infrastructure strategy with business objectives and revenue targets. Identify and assess emerging cloud technologies and create adoption roadmaps, presenting potential impacts on business growth to the board. Lead our multi-faceted cloud operations while ensuring best practices are adhered to.
