Core Responsibilities
- Drive comprehensive strategic thinking for the overall media product, fostering executions that yield outstanding results.
- Take ownership of client objectives, actively engaging in business planning meetings.
- Develop and reinforce relationships with clients, agencies, and media partners at the senior level.
- Establish a direct and strategic partnership with clients, gaining a deep understanding of their business.
- Create and deliver inspiring presentations that bring creative concepts to life.
- Identify organic growth opportunities and contribute to new business presentations as needed.
- Maintain industry relationships and stay updated on issues, developments, and new media opportunities.
- Seek and implement improvements to processes, methods, systems, or services to enhance client and agency service.
- Lead and mentor a team of media professionals, effectively communicating agency goals, managing workloads, providing feedback, and supporting professional development.
- Ensure accurate billing and projections are managed and produced.
- Act as a thought leader by proactively educating clients and identifying opportunities.
- Encourage collaboration and communication across Specialty Business Units (SBUs) and peer groups to inspire exceptional work.
- Lead by example and actively contribute to cultivating the organization's culture.
- Ensure the delivery aligns with the mandates outlined in the scope of work.
- Ensure all media plans adhere to client objectives with comprehensive documentation, reflecting the agency's values and philosophies.
