About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic Senior Director of Performance Content to spearhead our Content Studio / Social Creative Studio. This specialized team is dedicated to excelling in short-form content that not only drives sales but also builds brand identity.
This is not a generic creative lead position; the existence of this department underscores the distinction between exceptional design and high-performance content. Your mission is to cultivate the internal capabilities needed at Darkroom: a performance-oriented content engine that aligns creative strategy with practical production leadership, consistently yielding successful outputs for both paid and organic advertising.
Initially, your focus will be on performance creative across Meta, TikTok, and AppLovin (Axon). Over time, this role may evolve to encompass organic social initiatives, but your primary responsibility will be to establish a robust paid engine for our media clients.
