In March 2024, Invivyd received emergency use authorization (EUA) from the U.S. FDA for a monoclonal antibody (mAb) within our innovative pipeline. By October 2025, we advanced our REVOLUTION clinical program for VYD2311, a vaccine alternative monoclonal antibody aimed at preventing COVID-19. Location: New Haven, CT (Northeast preferred). This position is hybrid, requiring 2-3 days per week in our New Haven headquarters.
Position Summary:
The Senior Director of Employment Counsel will be a vital member of Invivyd’s expanding Legal team, reporting directly to the Chief Legal Officer. This role entails serving as the primary advisor on all employment law matters, ensuring compliance while supporting our rapid growth and the complex challenges associated with employment issues. The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in employment law, demonstrating sound judgment and a pragmatic approach to legal challenges. You will collaborate closely with our Human Resources team and business leaders, guiding them through a variety of employment law matters in a fast-paced biotech environment.
