Sportradar is seeking an accomplished leader with a track record of building, nurturing, and expanding high-performance sales teams within the LATAM region, preferably in the dynamic sectors of sports betting and iGaming. Given the region's potential for substantial growth, the emphasis is on instilling exemplary sales leadership and operational excellence within the team. The successful candidate will report directly to the Vice President of The Americas based in the United States and will collaborate closely with the Executive Vice President in Brazil to implement the company’s commercial strategy.
THE CHALLENGE:
- Develop and articulate ambitious revenue targets for the region, steering your sales team with a clear direction, focused initiatives, and collective effort.
- Lead all revenue generation endeavors and ensure exceptional account management and service delivery.
- Foster a performance-driven culture by establishing relevant metrics that align with the company’s growth ambitions and business goals.
- Oversee accurate forecasting and provide senior management with regular high-level revenue insights for business planning and financial reporting.
- Engage and collaborate with various departments, including Marketing, Product, Content, and Finance.
- Continuously enhance the team’s understanding of our products and services while keeping abreast of market trends and industry regulations.
