Salvo Health is on the lookout for a dynamic and strategic Senior Director of Growth & Patient Acquisition to spearhead our initiatives in identifying, enrolling, and engaging eligible patients across our network of partner physicians. This pivotal role is responsible for overseeing patient growth and retention through various channels, including multichannel contact center outreach (phone, email, SMS), the integration of AI tools, digital marketing strategies, and the optimization of self-enrollment funnels. You will also drive efforts in direct mail, drip marketing, machine learning-driven segmentation, and creative promotional content, managing the entire B2B2C patient acquisition funnel from initial contact to intake.
As a key leader overseeing a remote outbound contact center, your mission will be to innovate and implement new, compliant marketing tactics that lower acquisition costs, enhance retention rates, and ultimately boost patient lifetime value. This player-coach role emphasizes both strategic oversight and hands-on execution: from crafting strategies to managing campaigns, coaching our team of engagement specialists, and continuously testing and updating scripts to optimize conversions. The ideal candidate thrives in a hands-on environment, enjoys experimenting with novel approaches, and is adept at building scalable systems to translate insights into substantial growth.
