Key Responsibilities
As a pivotal member of our team, you will lead the Corporate and Commercial Legal Team and be instrumental in revolutionizing the electric pick-up truck and rugged SUV market by:
- Overseeing legal matters related to purchasing (both direct and indirect), real estate, direct sales/commercial agreements, as well as corporate governance and structuring.
- Acting as the primary legal advisor to internal stakeholders, including heads of purchasing and commercial functions, providing strategic legal counsel.
- Participating as a member of the Legal Leadership Team, contributing insights and guidance on the administration, growth, and development of the Legal Team.
- Drafting, reviewing, negotiating, and supporting contracts and legal documents across various domains including procurement, manufacturing, operations, logistics, real estate, sales, marketing, and product matters.
- Developing form documentation, templates, contracting processes, procedures, and training for the Purchasing Team and related purchasing matters.
