THE ROLE
We are seeking a Senior Director of Marketing and Revenue Operations to join our Marketing Ops team in São Paulo, Brazil!
The Senior Director of B2B Marketing and Revenue Operations is a key leader responsible for designing, managing, and optimizing the go-to-market ecosystem (both inbound and outbound) that drives our revenue growth. You will enhance the Go-to-Market function by identifying opportunities to improve conversion through innovative technologies, automation, and leveraging data for enhanced segmentation and personalization, ensuring streamlined processes and that our technology infrastructure is well-integrated and supported by strong data governance.
This position operates at the intersection of process design, data analytics, and core technology (CRM, Marketing Automation, Sales Engagement, Data Enrichment, and other tools). You will lead strategic alignment between Marketing and Sales, acting as the architect of the GTM strategy while providing executive guidance to technical teams (Data/Analytics and MarTech/Engineering) to ensure that all systems align with the established strategy and processes.
