In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between our product offerings and the market landscape, guiding our product marketing, analyst relations, and demonstration operations teams. Your leadership will enhance our go-to-market strategies to align with the scale and ambitions of our upcoming AI-native platform launch.
This position offers remote work flexibility and can be based in Spain, Portugal, or the UK.
Your Mission
Your immediate objective is to spearhead the global go-to-market launch of Unit4’s AI-native architecture—an extensive 18-month initiative that will redefine how we introduce innovations to the market.
This is a transformative role rather than a steady-state portfolio position. Your efforts will establish scalable go-to-market frameworks that future innovations will follow.
Key Responsibilities
Leading the AI-native Go-to-Market Launch
- Formulate and execute the go-to-market strategy for Unit4’s AI-native architecture—a comprehensive company-wide initiative spanning 18 months.
- Articulate complex technical innovations into clear, credible economic value propositions for CFOs, COOs, and CHROs.
- Coordinate efforts across Product, Sales, Customer Success, and Services to align on a unified, revenue-focused launch.
- Utilize this launch to create repeatable go-to-market disciplines for future innovations.
Enhancing Product Marketing and Messaging
- Develop and lead a resilient product marketing function that extends beyond individual product launches.
- Transition messaging from a focus on features to a focus on outcomes and economic impact.
- Create go-to-market playbooks, sales narratives, and competitive positioning that foster pipeline growth and successful outcomes.
- Collaborate closely with Product teams to ensure market readiness and commercial viability of launches.
- Challenge readiness when the value proposition lacks credibility or evidence.
Connecting Narrative to Evidence
- Integrate demonstration services into narratives to enhance, not detract from, the story.
- Ensure message consistency across the buyer journey from narrative to demonstration to proof.
- Position demonstrations as a continuous commercial tool, not merely as launch support.
Shaping Market Perception
- Lead analyst relations to position Unit4’s AI capabilities as distinctive and impactful.
- Leverage analyst engagement to validate messaging and refine competitive positioning.
