About the Role
As we strive to evolve into a multi-billion dollar custom manufacturing powerhouse, we are looking for a forward-thinking and execution-oriented Senior Director of Supply Chain and Manufacturing Technology. In this pivotal role, you will craft and lead the technology strategy that underpins our entire supply chain and manufacturing framework as we scale on an international level.
You will spearhead a team of product managers, collaborating closely with our Engineering, Advanced Manufacturing and Robotics teams, as well as operations leadership to develop state-of-the-art systems that facilitate our transition towards advanced manufacturing and robotics adoption. This role is crucial in establishing a robust technology infrastructure that supports our global expansion and enhances our supply chain capabilities to set new benchmarks in the industry.

What You'll Do
Strategic Leadership
Articulate and implement a long-term technology vision for supply chain and manufacturing systems that will bolster Dandy's growth into a multi-billion dollar manufacturing entity.
Lead the development of production planning, scheduling, and optimization systems capable of managing escalating complexity and volume.
Create detailed technology roadmaps for advanced manufacturing capabilities, robotics integration, and global supply chain expansion.
Collaborate with executive leadership to ensure alignment of the manufacturing technology strategy with overall business goals and growth plans.
