Position Overview: The Senior Director of Total Rewards will spearhead the development, design, and implementation of comprehensive total rewards programs across the enterprise, including compensation, benefits, recognition, incentives, and well-being strategies. This role is pivotal in aligning our rewards framework with the strategic business and operational goals while also enhancing talent objectives. Collaborating closely with the HR team and business leaders, the Senior Director will identify opportunities to create performance-driven and competitive market solutions. They will lead initiatives that reflect the company’s values, job architecture, compensation philosophy, and overall employee experience, while also supporting corporate strategies, including mergers and acquisitions.
