Your Role:
The Senior Director of Marketing Operations will act as the operational leader for the U.S. Rare Tumors business unit, managing key areas including MLR, healthcare professional engagement, advisory boards, congress participation, POA operations, print and fulfillment, and financial processes within the business unit. This position guarantees high-quality execution across three brand launches and two therapeutic areas while promoting continuous operational improvement and integration.
Collaborating closely with Marketing, Sales, Market Access, Medical Affairs, Compliance, Regulatory, Legal, Finance, and external vendors, you will facilitate speed to market and operational excellence in a highly regulated environment. Reporting to the Vice President of U.S. Rare Tumors Marketing, you will lead a team that supports three brand teams and two regional marketing teams, playing an essential role in fostering cross-functional collaboration and driving commercial impact.
Location Classification - Hybrid:
This position requires onsite work two days a week (Tuesday and Wednesday) or more as needed. #LI-Hybrid
