The Senior Document Production Associate plays a vital role in delivering high-quality word processing and document production services tailored to meet client needs.
- Execute document production tasks while adhering to established policies and procedures.
- Carefully evaluate job requests to determine the correct processes for document creation and oversee the task from initiation to completion.
- Utilize independent judgment and established standards to edit, proofread, convert, create, transcribe, or fulfill document production requests to ensure client satisfaction.
- Exhibit intermediate to advanced proficiency in the software, hardware, and technology essential for job functions.
- Facilitate coordination of document production services, including preparation, intake, and workflow management within the team.
- Resolve more complex software or hardware issues as they arise.
- Maintain accurate logs and tracking software for all assigned tasks.
- Consistently meet contractual deadlines for accepting, completing, and delivering all work.
- Communicate effectively with peers, supervisors, and clients about job-related or deadline concerns.
- Contribute to a proactive atmosphere focused on continuous improvement and relationship building with clients.
- Manage sensitive and/or confidential documents and information securely.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on peer work.
- Provide training and support to junior staff members.
- Assist colleagues with proofreading, design, or other document preparation tasks as needed.
- Undertake additional responsibilities and assignments as directed by management.
- Engage with clients in person, via phone, or electronically.
- Comply with both Williams Lea policies and client site regulations.
- Utilize equipment and supplies efficiently to manage costs.
