We are currently engaged in a multitude of projects spanning the power and renewables, infrastructure, environmental, and transport sectors. Our collaborative efforts also extend to technical disciplines such as landscape architecture, GIS, engineering, sustainability, and drainage. Notable recent projects include some of the largest solar farms in the UK, a cable tunnel beneath the River Thames, electricity network upgrades in Kent and Suffolk, habitat regulations assessments for local authorities, and master planning for new residential developments.
Your Role:
- Contribute to the creation of competitive and high-quality bids and tenders for ecological services, particularly within the energy, transport, and water sectors.
- Plan and organize all phases of ecological project work, ensuring resources, budgets, and controls align with project timelines and financial requirements.
- Deliver high-quality ecological consultancy and advisory services to both internal teams and external clients through rigorous check and review processes.
- Develop technically sound and practical solutions to complex ecological challenges.
- Engage effectively with members of the ecology team, stakeholders, and clients.
- Assist in producing ecology chapters for environmental statements and protected species license applications.
- Draft or technically review project deliverables to guarantee exceptional quality outputs.
